Alpha Combat Leader Course (ACLC)
Dates: March 5 – 8, 2026 | Start Time: 2200 hrs, Thursday (3/5/26)
Location: 30 minutes South of Wichita Falls TX on 13k Acre training area (Actual location disclosed upon registration)
Course Overview:
The Alpha Combat Leader Course (ACLC) is a 72hr immersive field experience built to forge confident, adaptable, and lethal leaders. Modeled after Ranger School and RASP, this course tests every aspect of leadership under stress — from planning and communication to endurance and decision-making under fire. Participants will live, move, and lead in a field environment with zero comfort zones and total accountability.
ACLC is not a classroom. It’s a proving ground. Trainees will operate through the crawl-walk-run methodology — mastering fundamentals before applying them in force-on-force scenarios using rifles, blanks, and battle drills conducted in both day and night environments.

Training Focus:
Combat Leadership: Tactical decision-making, troop leading procedures, communication under pressure
Small Unit Tactics: Patrolling, Battle drills and movement techniques.
Night Operations: Use of NODs, light discipline, and silent coordination
Combat Readiness: Maintaining gear, hydration, and morale through fatigue and environmental stressors
Every participant is evaluated not only on tactical proficiency but on leadership presence, composure, and the ability to drive a team forward under duress.

Required Equipment
Each participant must arrive with all mandatory gear listed in the ACLC packing list. The list will include Gen 3 NODs, 500 rounds of 5.56 Blanks, one flashbang, and one smoke grenade.
Failure to meet packing standards may result in dismissal from the course.

Sustainment
• Meals: 3 MREs only (no outside food)
• Water: Minimum 3 gallons per trainee.
• Environment: Field conditions, no tents, no creature comforts
• Safety: Cell phone retained for emergency contact only. Medical professionals onsite. By signing up, you acknowledge that you are medically and physically prepared to attend this course. (Please consult a Doctor before registration)
All participants must be in adequate physical condition to conduct continuous movement under load, short-distance sprints, IMTs, and prolonged outdoor activity. Students who cannot meet these physical demands may be removed from training for safety.
